The Monthly Subscription & Club Membership Contract Between You and ChefShop.com

By purchasing a month-to-month subscription or a club membership, you acknowledge that your subscription/club membership has an initial and recurring payment schedule and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation or expiration.  Your subscription/club membership will be automatically continued for successive monthly periods, at the then-current subscription rate, until termination as defined for each subscription/club membership.  To cancel your subscription at any time, you must logon to your account or email us and we will cancel the subscription/club membership for you.  You may use your subscription/club membership until the end of your then-current subscription/club membership term.  ChefShop.com may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method.  Receipt of such notice will not affect charges submitted before ChefShop.com could reasonably act.

For most month subscriptions your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires.  Upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription/club membership, you may not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription/club membership fee paid for the then-current subscription/club membership period. We reserve the right to revoke your subscription/club membership at any time as a result of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.  Membership is void where prohibited by law.
