To Enter to Win, click on the Newsletter Sign-Up page, and enter your name, zip code and email address, and hit the "submit" button.
 
No purchase necessary, nor will it increase your chance of winning.

To enter, go online to http://chefshop.com/Newsletter.html, complete the newsletter registration form and submit it. Incomplete entry forms will not be entered. Online entry period begins 12:01 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time), April 5th, 2017 and goes until 11:55 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) May 22nd, 2017,  Limit 1 entry per individual, authorized holder of the email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person to whom the email account is registered.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical problems, hardware and/or software failures, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions. Sponsor reserved the right, at its sole discretion, without liability to any person, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes, should a virus, bug or other causes beyond its control, corrupt sweepstakes administration or security. Sponsor will seek damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law, from persons attempting to tamper with sweepstakes. All mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified.

Winners selected in random drawing on or before the drawing end date and time, from among all eligible online entries by an independent organization whose decisions in all respects will be final. Odds of winning based on number of eligible entries received. Estimated odds of winning: 1:200,000. Potential Prize winner notified by email within 2 weeks of selection. By participating, entrants agree to Official Sweepstakes Rules. Different presentations of this sweepstakes may be offered; winner will choose among Grand Prizes offered.

1 Grand Prize, with a total approximate retail value of approximately $199.00 will be awarded. The next grand prize consists of 5-pounds of ChefShop.com Maui-Style Ribs. Prize includes shipping to a U.S. address only.

Prize is not transferable. No cash substitution allowed. Taxes, insurance on prize are sole responsibility of winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same or greater value. If, for any reason outside control of the sponsor, the Grand Prize is not available, sponsor will have no further obligation than to award the remainder of the prize.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. and Washington D.C. (the District of Columbia) who are 18 years or older at the time of entry, except employees of ChefShop.com, its suppliers, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotions agencies, judging organization, web host and their immediate families. Sweepstakes void wherever it is prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, local laws apply. Winners may be required to sign Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, releasing sponsor, ChefShop.com and their agencies from any claims liabilities, actions or proceedings out of injuries and/or damages in connection with prize(s). Release must be returned within 10 days of date of first attempted notification of prize(s) is forfeited and alternative winner selected. By accepting prize, winner must consent to use of their name and likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotion without additional compensation.

Use of entrant information: The name, zip code, and e-mail address provided by an entrant to the presenter will be forwarded to the judging organization for use only in winner selection & notification in accordance with the Official Rules. The information provided may be used by the Sweepstakes sponsor presenting this sweepstakes to contact consumers for marketing purposes, including but not limited to receiving the sponsor’s email newsletter. If you do not wish to receive the email newsletter, there is an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email newsletter or you can email: shopkeeper at ChefShop.com and place the word, “remove” in the subject line.
