Cranberry Fluff Recipe

Ingredients

12 ounces fresh cranberries (one package)

3/4 cups, granulated sugar

3 cups miniature marshmallows (1 10 oz package)

4 ounces cream cheese

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1/4 teaspoon medium sea salt

1 cup, chopped and toasted pecans

Orange zest from 1 orange

1/4 cup crushed pineapple

Cranberry Fluff Recipe

Adapted from a zillion of recipes and Southern Living

1. Pulse the cranberries in a food processor until finally chopped

2. Transfer to a large ball and stir in the sugar and marshmallows. Cover and chill for at least four hours.

3. Beat the cream cheese in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment until free of smooth

4. Add one cup heavy cream and continue to beat until the mixture starts to thicken

5. Add remaining one cup of cream and beat until soft peaks form.

6. Add the cream cheese and cream mixture into the chilled cranberries and fold together

7. Sprinkle with salt, add pecans and the pineapple and stir together

Serve ASAP or cover chill until eating time
