Gin Fruit Elderflower Cocktail Recipe

Elderflower syrup is a wonderful ingredient - especially if you have a good one. Like D'Arbo. Makes all the difference.

ingredient
1-1/2 oz quality Gin
1-1/2 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz. D'Arbo Elderflower Syrup
1 1/2 oz. Champagne Brut

directions
Put the pink grapefruit juice, the elderflower syrup and Gin in a shaker, add ice and shake. Serve in a high ball glass. Before pouring the drink into the highball, add the Champagne so that it mixes with the rest of the ingredients.
