Founded in Guadalajara, Mexico in 2020, Metiche is a women-owned, women-operated bean-to-bar chocolate maker dedicated to crafting the most sophisticated chocolate in Mexico. Inspired by pre-Hispanic heritage and rooted in Mexican cacao, Metiche invites chocolate lovers to taste the depth and diversity of Mexico’s traditions, regions, and flavors.

In Spanish, “Metiche” means “nosy”—a playful reflection of Mexican culture and curiosity. For Metiche, being “nosy” is about joyfully seeking out the best food, the best conversations, and the best stories to share. That spirit is captured in each bar: chocolate as both nourishment and connection.
