We met Willow many, many years ago at a food show along with her husband. After a fabulous conversation (and tasting) we’ve been carrying their shortbread ever since. And to be perfectly honest, because we sell out so quickly we don’t get to have her shortbread as often as we would like.

So this week I noticed the photos were a little “old” and needed to be updated. And you need to see inside the box and see what the short bread looks like. And because we can’t give away open product I am forced to eat it.

And this is when all those memories come flooding back to how spectacular Heritage Shortbread is.
