These origins carry flavors as diverse as the lands they grow in: citrus brightness, soft fruitiness, warming spice. Every nuance is a chapter in cacao’s story, and every bite is a way to taste the earth itself.

Levêlez crafts bean-to-bar chocolate in small batches with meticulous attention to detail. Every step is deliberate: hand-selecting beans, roasting gently at low temperatures, hulling with care until only clean nibs remain, then refining for hours to achieve a silk-like texture. The result is not just chocolate—it’s a complete sensory experience where flavor, aroma, and texture harmonize into something unforgettable.

At the center of Levêlez is Silvia Guédez, a professional taster and master chocolatier. Her journey began in Ecuador, where she built a boutique brand of truffles and refined chocolates, each shaped by her sensitivity to detail and flavor. When she arrived in Mexico, her dream deepened: to honor the extraordinary heritage of Mexican cacao at its very source.

Together with her husband, Rubén Suárez, Silvia built Levêlez. She is the visible face, he is the steady roots. Their shared vision allows Levêlez to flourish, carrying forward excellence, beauty, and purpose in every bar.
