Finding gluten free food products is personal for us. Finding gluten free ingredients that are edible everyday is hard to do and ones that taste good means a lot of tasting and testing.

Almost everything we carry in the whole store is gluten free. What we have here is a sampling of some of our favorite gluten free snacks and ingredients.

The not so obvious are ingredients like Vanilla extract (some use wheat based alcohol, ours does not) or grocery store "Balsamic" Vinegar, which is not aged grape must but is more likely a mixture of vinegar made from unknown sources and has additives including gluten.
