At the heart of Likkle More is Chef Nadine Burie, an award-winning pastry chef and chocolatier whose story is as rich as her chocolate. Originally from the Ivory Coast, Nadine’s journey took her across the world before Jamaica stole her heart. Settling on the island in 2010, she found inspiration in its people, nature, and rhythm—and began a new chapter: blending her love of fine French patisserie with the vibrant soul of Jamaican flavor.

After training at Canada’s most prestigious chocolate academy and studying bean-to-bar techniques throughout the Caribbean, Nadine moved to Jamaica with the intent of creating something extraordinary: a chocolate that celebrates both precision and passion. Her creations—from silky single-origin bars to infusions of Jamaican ingredients—reflect a balance between craftsmanship and island joy.

Working hand-in-hand with Jamaican farmers, Likkle More selects the finest Jamaican cocoa beans, grown in harmony with the land. Each bar is made from ethically sourced cocoa, all-natural ingredients, and wrapped in plant-based, biodegradable materials.
