Colombia-made KARÜ bean-to-bar chocolate expresses the depth, diversity, and vibrancy of Colombian cacao and the tropical flavors that grow alongside it. Every bar is handcrafted in small batches, with a commitment to origin, direct relationships, and thoughtful craftsmanship at every step.

KARÜ works directly with small cacao farms across distinct Colombian regions, sourcing beans from Tumaco, Villa Sofía in Córdoba, and the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Each of these regions contributes its own character—shaped by climate, altitude, soil, and local farming traditions—resulting in cacao with naturally complex and expressive flavor profiles.

After harvest, cacao pods are fermented and sun-dried at the farms, preserving the integrity of each origin before the beans are transported to Bogotá, where KARÜ completes the full bean-to-bar process. Roasting, winnowing, stone grinding, tempering, molding, and finishing all happen in-house, allowing complete control over flavor development and texture. The result is chocolate that is precise, balanced, and deeply connected to its place of origin.

To celebrate Colombia’s extraordinary biodiversity, some KARÜ bars feature tropical Colombian ingredients—including freeze-dried fruits like lulo and passion fruit, as well as dehydrated coconut. These inclusions are added just before molding, preserving their aromatic intensity and allowing them to integrate naturally with the chocolate rather than overpower it. The effect is vibrant but refined: chocolate that tastes unmistakably Colombian.

From sourcing to packaging, KARÜ is guided by intention. Each bar is wrapped and finished with specially designed packaging that reflects the care, artistry, and respect for origin that define the brand. This is chocolate made where cacao grows, shaped by the people and landscapes of Colombia, and crafted to let those flavors speak clearly—one bar at a time.
