This is a pretty gosh darn interesting bar. Not exactly chocolate, in a chocolate sense; it is this wonderful combination of cocoa butter, yogurt underneath with a topping of mango.

It has good snap and really wants to be chewed! The flavors explode all over your tongue and finished with a sharp tang!

This is another one of SOMA's "fruit bars" and taste just as you would expect: like a mango lassi - that exotic mango yogurt drink that, if you have ever eaten at an Indian restaurant, you know very well and love. Its a perfect blend of sweet mango flavor with the tang and creamy-ness of the yogurt. If you are a mango lover, you will love this bar - because it's so packed full of that lovely mango flavor.
