cacao nibs, organic cane sugar, dried tomatoes, cacao butter, spices

75 g bar - Chiang Mai, Thailand

Inspired by one of Thailand’s most iconic dishes, Siamaya’s Tom Yum Dark Chocolate brings the soup’s signature balance of citrus, herbs, and chile into a surprisingly harmonious chocolate bar.

Made with locally sourced Thai cacao, the chocolate is layered with lemongrass, kaffir lime, dried tomato, and warming spice. Bright citrus and fresh herbal notes arrive first, followed by a gentle chile heat and a subtle sweet-savory depth from the tomato. The result is tangy, aromatic, and distinctly Thai, while still letting the dark chocolate hold everything together.

This is a fun bar for adventurous chocolate lovers and an especially good example of Siamaya’s knack for translating familiar Thai flavors into chocolate without losing what makes them recognizable.

Try it with a cold Thai beer, fresh coconut, or a crisp, fruit-forward white wine.

Tasting notes: Spicy chile, fresh herbs, citrus.

Dietary: Vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients: Cacao nibs, organic cane sugar, dried tomatoes, cacao butter, spices.
