Ingredients & Details

cacao nibs, organic cane sugar, powdered milk, cacao butter, crispy noodles (wheat), shallots, spices, sunflower lecithin

75 g bar - Chiang Mai, Thailand

Inspired by khao soi, Northern Thailand’s iconic curry noodle dish, this milk chocolate bar is one of Siamaya’s most adventurous creations.

Siamaya folds aromatic curry spices, fried shallots, and crispy wheat noodles into its Signature Milk Chocolate, creating a bar that moves between creamy, savory, crunchy, and gently spiced. The milk chocolate gives the bar a soft, rich base, while the shallots add sweetness and depth and the noodles bring an unexpected crisp texture.

It’s a playful tribute to one of Chiang Mai’s most beloved dishes and a great example of Siamaya’s ability to turn distinctly Thai flavors into chocolate that is surprising, memorable, and genuinely delicious.

Try it with a light-bodied rosé or white wine, a cold Thai beer such as Chang or Singha, or sparkling water with lime or a floral essence.

Tasting notes: Aromatic curry, shallots, cream.

Allergen information: Contains milk and wheat.

Ingredients: Cacao nibs, organic cane sugar, powdered milk, cacao butter, crispy noodles (wheat), shallots, spices, sunflower lecithin.
