Ingredients & Details

cacao nibs, organic cane sugar, powdered whole milk, cacao butter, durian, lecithin

75 g bar - Chiang Mai, Thailand

Siamaya’s Durian Milk Chocolate takes one of Thailand’s most famous fruits and folds it into creamy milk chocolate for a bar that’s tropical, distinctive, and far more approachable than fresh durian might suggest.

Made with real Thai durian, the chocolate brings out the fruit’s sweet, custardy side, with notes that bring forth mango and ripe tropical fruit vibes along with a subtle savory allium edge. The milk chocolate softens durian’s intensity and gives the bar a smooth, rounded finish.

It’s a fun introduction to durian for the curious—and a clever way for longtime durian fans to enjoy its unmistakable flavor in a completely different form, without the famously powerful aroma of the fresh fruit.

Try it with a floral wine such as Moscato or an off-dry Riesling, chrysanthemum or honeysuckle tea, or alongside soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert.

Tasting notes: Durian, mango, hint of allium.

Allergen information: Contains milk.

Dietary: Gluten-free.

Ingredients: Cacao nibs, organic cane sugar, powdered whole milk, cacao butter, durian, lecithin.
