Ingredients & Details

cacao nibs, organic cane sugar, whole milk powder, cacao butter, banana chips, dried banana, lecithin

75 g bar - Chiang Mai, Thailand

Siamaya’s Banana Crunch Milk Chocolate is packed with two kinds of Thai banana for a bar that’s creamy, fruity, and satisfyingly crunchy.

Sweet, aromatic gluay kai bananas bring concentrated ripe-fruit flavor, while crisp chips made from larger gluay hom bananas add texture and a deeper caramelized note. Folded into Siamaya’s Signature Milk Chocolate, the combination brings out flavors of ripe banana, honey, and caramel without becoming overly sweet.

The contrast between smooth milk chocolate, chewy dried fruit, and crunchy banana chips makes this an especially fun bar to eat—and a great example of Siamaya’s talent for turning familiar Thai ingredients into distinctive chocolate.

Try it with a spiced rum cocktail, milky black tea or chai, or as a sweet finish after an aromatic Indian meal.

Tasting notes: Ripe banana, honey, caramel.
