Ingredients & Details

cacao nibs, organic cane sugar, cacao butter

75 g bar - Chiang Mai, Thailand

Siamaya’s 70% Signature Dark Chocolate is made with cacao grown in Northern Thailand, where careful farming and distinctive fermentation bring out an unusually vivid fruit character in the beans.

The result is a smooth, balanced dark chocolate with notes of red berries, cherry, and wine layered over a rich chocolate base. Compared with the more intense 85% bar, this 70% version has a silkier texture and a little more sweetness, giving the fruit and subtle spice notes room to open up as the chocolate melts.

Siamaya buys its cacao directly from Cocoa Nakorn Lampang Community Social Enterprise and other farmers in Northern Thailand. By working closely with local producers and supporting healthy soil and sustainable farming practices, the company aims to strengthen the long-term future of cacao growing in the region.

This is an especially versatile bar for pairing. Try it with Pinot Noir or Merlot, a shot of espresso or freshly roasted coffee, or alongside cured meats and aged cheeses.

Tasting notes: Red berry, cherry, wine.

Dietary: Vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients: Cacao nibs, organic cane sugar, cacao butter.
