The “Sierra” comes from Tacotalpa, a mountainous area where cacao grows amid abundant natural shade and rich tropical biodiversity. The “Costa” comes from Comalcalco, closer to the Gulf of Mexico, where sea breezes reach cacao and coconut trees growing in the coastal landscape.
