We have tested this honey for a couple of months now. Tested is a loose way of saying "we ate the whole thing" and it was good!

It was smooth at first and over time it crystalized, like most raw honeys. The sugaring that happens is quite nice. And not unpleasant at all.

The blueberries blueberry is in the honey and you can taste it. Like all honey it is sweet and in a cup of hot water it does spreads out nicely. With many teas it pairs nicely and on a nice morning toast it is quite right!
