The cacao butter used in this bar comes from Tumaco, a coastal region known for its beaches, mangroves, and deep Afro-Colombian cultural roots. Tumaco cacao butter is prized for its smoothness and clean flavor, making it an ideal canvas for highlighting bright fruit notes without heaviness.

Lulo, sometimes described as tasting like a cross between pineapple, kiwi, and passion fruit, brings a tart, aromatic complexity that cuts beautifully through the richness of the white chocolate. After sourcing and sun-drying at the farm level, cacao butter is processed bean-to-bar in Bogotá, where KARÜ oversees roasting, refining, tempering, and molding in small batches.
