Silky, gently sweet, and tantalizingly tropical, KARÜ Coconut Cream is a dairy-free 58% chocolate that highlights Colombia’s natural affinity for cacao and coconut. Made with coconut milk and sweetened with coconut sugar, this bar delivers a smooth, creamy texture without relying on dairy—allowing both cacao and coconut to shine in balance.

Crafted bean-to-bar in Colombia, this chocolate starts with cacao from Tumaco on Colombia's Pacific coast, carefully selected for its roundness and warmth. The addition of coconut milk softens the intensity of the cacao, creating a lush mouthfeel, while coconut sugar adds gentle caramel notes and a subtle tropical sweetness. Finely milled dehydrated coconut brings a subtle textural contrast and reinforces the bar’s sun-washed flavor profile.

As with all KARÜ bars, the chocolate is made entirely at origin. After fermentation and sun-drying at local farms, the beans are transported to Bogotá, where KARÜ oversees every step of the bean-to-bar process, from roasting and stone grinding to tempering and molding. Coconut and sugar are incorporated just before molding, ensuring clarity of flavor and a clean finish.

This is a modern expression of Colombian chocolate—tropical, dairy-free, and satisfying.
