This candied peel is excellent for many Christmas baked treats. It is very thick and absolutely tastes of Bergamot. It's flavor is strong and pronounced and has that "bitter" bergamot taste. I cut this up into smaller pieces than usual as the flavor is pronounced. I will not say this could be a snacking orange peel at all, but in your baking it makes a huge difference. It was perfect in my pannatone.

I think finding candied bergamot is one of the hardest thing in life. The bergamot was amazingly fresh and delicious, the packaging, and delivery was impeccable. Highly recommend.
