“Ch’abil” means “nice” or “good” in Q’eqchi’ Mayan—and this bar more than lives up to its name.

In the lush, mountainous region of Alta Verapaz, Guatemala, Q’eqchi Maya farmers cultivate a cacao heritage that stretches back thousands of years to the probable origins of chocolate itself. From these exceptional beans, Sirene crafts a 65% dark milk chocolate infused with cardamom grown in the very same region. A sprinkling of crunchy cacao nibs adds texture, bringing depth and contrast to the creamy chocolate and aromatic spice.

The result is a bar that is smooth, fragrant, and layered—both comforting and exotic, deeply rooted in tradition yet wholly modern in execution.
