About Ara Chocolat

Ara Chocolat was founded in Paris in 2015 by Andrés and Sabrina, a Venezuelan couple dedicated to protecting the diversity and legacy of Latin American cacao. Andrés travels personally to source beans from growers and cooperatives, building direct relationships that support transparency and access to distinctive heirloom varieties. That same care carries through in confections like this one, where texture and flavor are given room to unfold.
