Siamaya Chocolate Tasting: A Taste of Thailand at ChefShop

Siamaya Chocolate Tasting: A Taste of Thailand at ChefShop

Get ready for a chocolate tasting with a Thai twist! Join us Saturday, November 14, as we celebrate the arrival of Siamaya Chocolate, a playful bean-to-bar chocolate maker from Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Made with Thai cacao and inspired by the flavors of Thailand, Siamaya's bars take chocolate in some deliciously unexpected directions. Think warming spices, tropical fruits, aromatic herbs, and savory ingredients—all paired with rich, flavorful chocolate. These are bars that invite you to rethink what chocolate can be.

We'll open a selection of bars from this exciting new addition to the ChefShop chocolate collection. Taste your way through the lineup, discover how familiar Thai ingredients transform when paired with cacao, and compare your favorites. Some combinations might surprise you. Others might have you reaching for another taste.

Whether you're a craft chocolate enthusiast, a fan of Thai food, or simply curious about unusual flavor combinations, this is a tasting you won't want to miss.

Come for a few tastes or stay to explore them all. Bring a friend, share your opinions, and discover a whole new side of chocolate!
