Ingredients & Details

cacao nibs, organic cane sugar, dried ruby mango, cacao butter, chilies, sea salt

75 g bar - Chiang Mai, Thailand

Siamaya’s Mango Chili bar pairs its fruity 70% dark chocolate with chewy sun-dried ruby mango, a touch of chile, and sea salt for a bright, tropical take on dark chocolate.

The mango brings concentrated sweetness and a soft, chewy texture, while the chocolate’s natural red-fruit character adds notes of cherry and deeper tropical fruit. A restrained pinch of chile adds gentle warmth, and the sea salt sharpens the fruit and cacao flavors without overpowering them.

The result is vibrant, balanced, and easy to love—especially if you’re drawn to fruit-forward chocolate with just enough heat to keep things interesting.

Try it with a zesty cocktail such as a Margarita, Tom Collins, or Tequila Sunrise, a glass of lemonade, or alongside aged cheeses like Gouda or Manchego.

Tasting notes: Mango, tropical fruit, cherry.

Dietary: Vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients: Cacao nibs, organic cane sugar, dried ruby mango, cacao butter, chilies, sea salt.
