Pure origin, pure expression. This 75% dark chocolate is crafted from Criollo beans grown at Finca Las Delias in Comalcalco, Tabasco—one of Mexico’s most historic cacao regions.

Chocolate Metiche highlights the terroir of this single origin with minimal intervention, allowing the cacao’s natural complexity to shine. The flavor opens with caramel and floral notes, layered with dried apricot, before finishing with a pleasant astringency that invites another bite.

Awarded Silver at the Chocolate Awards in Mexico, 2024, this bar is both elegant and distinctive—a true taste of Tabasco’s cacao heritage.
