Thyme and Citrus Marinated Olives Recipe

About 2 cups

Ingredients:

2 cups mixed unpitted olives, drained and rinsed

1 cup  Extra Virgin Olive oil

6-8 fresh thyme sprigs

2 large garlic cloves, smashed

2 tablespoons fresh lemon zest

2 tablespoons fresh orange zest

a few grinds of Essential Pantry Tellicherry Black Pepper to taste

 

Directions:

In a large bowl combine the olives with all of the ingredients.

Place in a container, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Transfer olives to a serving bowl and bring up to room temperature before serving.
