Ingredients & Details

cacao nibs, organic cane sugar, candied pomelo, cacao butter, arabica coffee

75 g bar - Chiang Mai, Thailand

Siamaya’s Hill Coffee & Pomelo bar brings together two distinctive flavors from Northern Thailand: locally sourced arabica coffee and bright, aromatic pomelo.

The coffee beans are sourced from hill tribe communities in Northern Thailand and ground together with the cacao to create an elegant 70% dark chocolate with deep roasted character. Candied pomelo peel adds a vivid citrus lift, cutting through the richness of the coffee and cacao with flashes of sweetness and brightness.

The result is layered and balanced, with robust coffee, juicy cherry notes, and a fresh citrus finish. It’s a particularly good choice for anyone who loves the combination of chocolate and coffee but wants something more nuanced than a straightforward mocha profile.

Try it with whiskey or rum, a dark beer such as stout, or as a final sweet bite after a cheese or charcuterie board.

Tasting notes: Robust coffee, bright citrus, juicy cherry.

Dietary: Vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients: Cacao nibs, organic cane sugar, candied pomelo, cacao butter, arabica coffee.
