English Tartar Recipe

English Tartar Recipe

Ingredients:
150 ml Mayonnaise 
150 ml Creme fraiche
1 large Shallot - chopped
4 teaspoons Capers
4 teaspoons Cornichons chopped in varying size pieces.
4 teaspoons Parsley
4 teaspoons Chives - chopped
Lemon zest
pinch or so of Salt and pepper to taste 
Dash of Malt Vinegar

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the vinegar in order.

2. Mix well to combine.

3. Then add the dash of vinegar and mix.

4. Allow the flavors to meld for at least an hour before serving.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
