Verjus Vinaigrette Recipe
1/2 cup Verjus1 tablespoon fresh olive oil
2 teaspoons shallots - minced
1/4 teaspoon garlic - minced

Verjus dressing is a nice, lightly acidic alternative to lemon juice or vinegar. Many chef's like it because it does not conflict with their wine selection. This is your basic vinaigrette recipe - perfect as a dressing on greens or in your favorite salad recipe
Directions:
Combine Verjus, olive oil, shallot, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Serve over mixed salad greens or use with your favorite salad recipe.
