Tropical Tamarind Plum Punch Drink Recipe

Ingredients:

1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and slightly scored on one side

Taiwanese plum powder sprinkled in a dish wider than the glass

1 ounce - 2 tablespoons - tamarind concentrate

Two shakes of fee Brothers plum bitters

Lime wedge

6 ounces - 3/4 of a cup - ginger ale (sweeter) or ginger beer (spicier)

Ice

 

One shot good rum for alcohol version

 

Directions:

1. Rub the rim of a 6 ounce glass with they scored side of the piece of fresh ginger, then invert the glass into the plum powder, coating the rim lightly.

2. Fill the glass halfway with ice, then add the tamarin concentrate and plum bitters, - and the shot of rum

3. Squeeze the juice from the lime wedge into the drink, then drop in the wedge.

4. Fill the glass with ginger ale or ginger beer

5. Stir the cocktail and serve
