Fruit Soup Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups apple pulp, stewed and strained

One cup, apricot pulp, stewed and strained

One cup water, or fruit juice

One small stick cinnamon

3/4 cup sugar

6 tablespoons lemon juice and F. G. Salt.

1/4 cup tapioca

1. Heat on top of double boiler apple pulp, apricot pulp, water or juice, cinnamon stick sugar lemon juice, and salt

2. When hot put over the bottom of the double boiler and add the tapioca.

3. Cook until the tapioca is transparent and done.

Serve hot
