The Moulin de la Brague, "Mill of Brague," is located close to Grasse in the commune of Opio (the Alps Maritimes). It has belonged to the Michel family for six generations, since 1848.

Each generation knew how to maintain the good aspects of the mill, while improving it in those areas that neede it. This progressive modernization has made it possible for the Mill to continue its successful activity.

Their main activity is the production of delicious extra virgin olive oil, but they also produce some wonderful table olives.
