Nuts don't need to be so generic .... we are on a quest to find the best. Fresh and year round are what we are juggling now. We do want to offer nuts year round, but we also want to offer fresh as possible ... not necessarily to things that go hand-in-hand. We purchase in small amounts and turn the nuts as fast as we can, but we are still at the mercy of our suppliers. If you know of a good nut for baking, let us know. You never know, we might just be able to add it to our list! 

We also carry the best marzipan and almond nut paste for sale in the U.S. The paste is 66% California premium almonds -- and our customers -- some of them famous chefs - would not use anything else.

And don't forget to check out the other products -- even if they aren't technically nuts for baking. Like dried coconut (no sugar added) dried fruits, and nuts when in season.
