| Delancey Pizza is quite a wonderful little place, hidden away in the Ballard Neighborhood of Seattle. Brandon and Molly walk to work. This is their community and was a requirement for them when they went searching for a "home" for their restaurant.
The heart of Delancey lies in the oven. Full of fire as it heats up just before the first guests arrive, the pizza cooks in a matter of minutes once it is at full heat!
