It is extremely important to be able to trace where your food comes from - especially when it comes to fish - in order to assure freshness, taste and sustainability. At ChefShop.com, we not only know who we buy our fish from, we also know how the fish is caught, and how it is handled every step of the way on its way to your door. Did you know that much of the fish available today in the supermarket can be anywhere from 7 to 14 days or more "out of the water" when you buy it?
All our fish is caught and shipped within 48 hours or less. Cleaned on the boat, and packed and shipped to you directly from Hawaii. The only way you could have fresher Hawaiian fish is by being there. (Not a bad thought...)
We ship in increments of 5 pounds (up to 50 pounds). Email or call for pricing.
We ship fish Monday thru Wednesday to keep the fish from sitting over the weekend. Special orders are always possible.
