She will show you how to make some of the recipes she uses when catering for others or throwing a party at home. Five fool-proof winners that are simple to make and guaranteed to please. But for those that just HAVE to know, here are Karen's current thoughts on the evening: Turkey- zucchini meatballs with sumac yogurt sauce, Quinoa cakes with satsuma- basil compote, blue cheese toasts with spicy roasted grapes, Fresh mozzarella and pesto "poppers'- Parmesan crisps, bloody mary soup shots with pickled asparagus/green beans. But you never know, she might just change her mind...
