With a much darker approach to a barbecue sauce it does say, "meet me on top of my meat." Perhaps the least appealing on the spoon, straight up out of the jar you get the feeling that if you slather it on a nice rack of ribs before, during and after grilling it you are in for an incredible experience.
With just a little heat and mustard flavor, the twist this bbq has is some bite and a more salty approach which is achieved with soy sauce. Hard to identify the soy sauce has the right feel and twinge to make your protein jump!
