Recipe ideas include stuffing a teaspoon in chicken breast before roasting, or stirred through some mashed potatoes for serving with an indian curry. Makes great quiche filling with goats cheese as well.

About the Producers
The Hawkshead Relish Company is small and relatively young - they just opened their doors in rural Cumbria, in England's Lake District, in 2001 - but they've already taken home more than 30 "Great Taste Awards" for their relishes, pickles and preserves.
