Spicy Harissa Mayo Recipe

This dip is amazing with fresh veggies for a new spin on the classic vegetable tray, or a good way to add heat to healthy sweet potato fries.

Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Mayo
1 1/2 teaspoon Harissa

1 1/2 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, add lemon zest for extra zing

Directions:
1. Mix all 3 ingredients in a bowl

2. Let set in fridge for a few hours to let flavors meld.

3. Serve in the middle of a vegetable tray, as a side for sweet potato fries, or even on a cold cut sandwich.

Yield: 1/3 cup
