This phenomenal smoked turkey was chosen by The New York Times as the best smoked turkey in the country! This naturally raised, free-range turkey is smoked by our favorite master butcher Rick Friar of A&J Meats here in Seattle. With a family in the business for four generations, Rick has more great meat recipes than anyone we know. Every once in a while, he pulls one out of his stash to share it with his loyal customers.
------- Shipping and Ordering Details ------------

FOR CHRISTMAS ORDERS, PLEASE SEE SPECIFIC PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS (Product # 5103)
2. To Pre-Order: Thanksgiving Turkey availability is very limited. You must pre-order your Thanksgiving Turkey early. However, we may sell out of Thanksgiving Turkeys long before the order cut-off date.
3. Turkey will ship packed with ice and wrapped in an insulated foil bag.
Reheating Instructions<
Enjoy your smoked, already-cooked turkey either hot or cold, but we recommend heating it before you serve it, as heating helps release the turkey's natural juices.
Keep turkey refrigerated until you are ready to prepare it (up to a week is recommended). Remember, it has no preservatives and it has already been cooked.
To reheat, completely cover the turkey in aluminum foil and place in a roasting pan in a 300 degree oven. Heat for about 2-4 hours, or until the turkey's internal temperature reaches 140 to 150 degress on your meat thermometer. You want merely to heat the turkey, not to cook it.
