For years we have worked with our local butcher to hand-selected and purchase some of the finest naturally raised meats available nation-wide to feed to our own family.  Now, we're working with their master butcher to get you some of the finest smoked meats on the market.

Take a look below for some of our favorites, like their first-rate smoked bone-in ham (as seen in Wine Spectator Nov. 2007), smoked organic turkey (written up in The New York Times by Marian Burros), applewood-smoked whole pastrami, smoked duck breasts and, of course, their famous Maui-style ribs . . . and now, Berkshire smoked bacon too!

If you're ordering specialty meats online for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter or Fourth of July, order early! They run a small operation - great quality, but limited quantities. Also, please be sure to read product descriptions carefully for shipping details and order lead-time.
