Suggestions for Use
Ras el Hanout is a classic flavoring for Moroccan tagines, roasted and grilled meats, couscous and savory filled pastries. It's a great one to have in your spice cabinet to sprinkle on plain roasted potatoes, too, or on roasted chickpeas! (Never tried roasted chickpeas? Just toss cooked or canned chickpeas in olive oil, spread on a bakign sheet, sprinkle with salt and Ras el Hanout, and roast at 400 F for about 10 minutes, until toasty. Such a satisfying snack!
