This distinctive condiment comes from La Vecchia Dispensa, of Modena balsamic vinegar fame. A richly flavored accompaniment for a wide variety of dishes, it contains only carmagnola peppers, sugar, and balsamic vinegar.
La Vecchia recommends pairing pepper marmalade with strong, mature cheeses. We think it works well with scrambled eggs too.
