You can use any sort of milk (cow, soy, goat, almond, or rice), with any amount of fat that you prefer. Gabriel usually recommends low-fat, but I'm an avid high-fat consumer, I must admit.I prefer pasture-fed whole cows milk and yogurt - Additionally, recipe makes 4 cups which is more than enough for one person. If serving fewer, just cut the recipe in half.
Directions: 1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium for 90 seconds. 2. Pour into tall glasses and serve with slices of just about anything.Yield: 4 cups
