Give your salad dressing, sauce or sandwich an extra kick! It's very grainy, not like creamy mustard, making it well suited to add a little texture along with flavor to marinades and dressings.
About the Producers
The Hawkshead Relish Company is small and relatively young - they just opened their doors in rural Cumbria, in England's Lake District, in 2001 - but they've already taken home more than 30 "Great Taste Awards" for their relishes, pickles and preserves.
