The venerable folks that also bring us such a vibrant and lovely tasting olive oil, also pack some of their olives in jars as well. These are, by far, my favorite olive of all time.

Big, meaty and flavorful. When I was pregant with my son, I could not get enough of them. We lost our original producer years ago, but now they are available through Chateau Virant. Thank goodness!
