Mustard made in France, made like it used to be, is so hard to find now. And a Dijon mustard that isn't all smooth-like and has some "stuff" to it is really hard to find.

Well this Dijon has it. When you add it to a recipe, you get a mustard that contributes, and makes a good recipe great!
