This has become my go-to salt for pepping up quick bites. Add it to avocados or sprinkle on a thick slab of miche with butter. It adds depth with the saltiness and has a good texture.

After a week of having this in my house, I'd put it on: cottage cheese, tuna, chickpea salad, steak, eggs, cucumber salad, and grilled chicken thighs. Can recommend 100%, sky's the limit when it comes to this smoky salt.
