I have taken some of Lauren's classes, so I was curious how Erin would do.
 Well I had a great time! She teaches a bit more classic then Lauren, but she also knows her stuff. Very approachable, and easy to ask questions too.
The quinoa salad with the Moroccan twist was certainly my favorite, though everything was just delicious. I can't wait to host a Moroccan night and impress all my friends with my freshly learned tricks of the trade, and feed them authentic flavors with a fun spin!
